Service Area
Community Choice’s strong regional organizational infrastructure
is well established to affect major improvements to our regional
healthcare delivery systems. We took significant care in recruiting,
screening and selecting a top notch group of individuals with
a wide array of background experiences and expertise to have
a well-rounded team with members whose skill, knowledge and
expertise complemented one another. Our current Community
Choice team includes field Access Coordinators, our
central office staff and numerous SHIBA HelpLine volunteers that provide
outreach, health system navigation assistance and support
in Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, Grant and Adams counties. Our network
members in those service areas all benefit from our work in
reducing the number of uninsured and under-insured.
