REGIONAL HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE has an opening for the
following positions:
RN
HOME HEALTH AIDE/QI SUPERVISOR–
Primary responsibilities will be Home Health Aide Program
Supervisor, special audit activities, and assist with Intake
Coordination. Will provide direct patient care as needed.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST–
Part or full time. Flexible work schedule. Provide therapy in
the patient’s home. One (1) year experience preferred.
RN and LPN POSITION– 32—
40 hours per week. Flexible work schedule. One (1) year
experience as a RN/LPN in acute care or equivalent required.
Will provide direct patient care.
HOME HEALTH AIDE Per
Diem Position NAC required. Provide Foot Care in clinic
setting and/or personal care in patient’s home.

commitment to providing quality care from a multidisciplinary
